Name giving ceremonies are an occasion to welcome a new life into the family and to the world.

A namegiving does not replace a christening or baptism as these ceremonies are religious. Many parents believe that a child should choose their own religion later in life. A namegiving ceremony does not inhibit a child to choose their own religion later on in life.

The ceremony is around 25 minutes in duration and certificates are presented to the Godparents and Grandparents and a beautiful certificate for the child. The ceremony includes a candle lighting and parents keep the candle that I provide.
